The ideal candidate should possess knowledge of Java/J2EE and SQL along with a solid understanding of RDBMS concepts. They should demonstrate a passion for technology architecture and design coupled with the ability to meet project deadlines and foster good team dynamics.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written are essential along with fluency confidence and selfdrive to adapt quickly to emerging technologies. Moreover they should exhibit excellent knowledge of the full software development life cycle (SDLC) or a willingness to learn it.
Additionally the candidate should be capable of working independently handling multiple tasks effectively and demonstrating a proactive approach to problemsolving and skill enhancement.
