We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced full stack ReactJS Developer & .NET with a minimum of 5 years of handson experience to join our dynamic team. As a Full Stack Developer you will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining web applications using the ReactJS library. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of frontend technologies UI/UX principles and be wellversed in building scalable and responsive web applications.
Mandatory Skills ReactJS & .NET
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including designers and backend developers to translate design concepts into highquality and efficient code.
Develop new userfacing features using ReactJS and other modern frontend technologies.
Optimize applications for maximum performance scalability and responsiveness.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure best practices are followed.
Troubleshoot debug and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Stay uptodate with the latest industry trends and advancements in ReactJS and frontend development.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers in the team.
Work closely with the product management team to understand and refine project requirements.
Should be well verse with Mono Repo & Microfrontend Architecture.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in ReactJS development.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript HTML CSS and related web technologies.
Experience with state management libraries such as Redux.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
Familiarity with build tools like Webpack and Babel.
Experience in optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of webcapable devices and browsers.
Excellent problemsolving and debugging skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest and Enzyme.
Knowledge of serverside rendering and GraphQL.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
Previous experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
