Tasks/Responsibilities

• Development of cloud native solutions using software language and a mix of open source and PaaS technologies

• Create and maintain functional specifications and design documentation

• Write modify integrate and test software code

• Maintain existing computer programs by making modifications as required

• Identify and communicate technical problems processes and solutions

• Prepare reports manuals and other documentation on the status operation and maintenance of software

• Assist in the collection and documentation of users requirements

• Assist in the development of logical and physical specifi cations

• Manage incidents

• JavaScript Object Notation (JSON)

Experience and specialization

Computer and technology knowledge

• Proficiency in Java and Spring

• Background in Agile/Scrum environments

• Strong experience in objectoriented programming with Java

• Experience with container frameworks (e.g. Docker) or CD frameworks (e.g. Spinnaker)

• Previous involvement in developing and designing efficient middleware components.

• ObjectOriented programming languages

• Experience with microservices and RESTful web services

• Solid software development experience including developing backend services using Node.js

• Strong experience with building cloudbased API platforms or backend systems.

• Amazon Web Services (AWS)
