Position Title: Software Developer (Node.js/Python/AWS)

Location: Tampa Florida OR (EST Time Zone)

Duration: 12 Months

Position Overview:

• We are seeking a skilled Software Developer with a strong focus on JavaScript particularly Node.js to join our team.
• This role involves working within our AWS infrastructure including AWS Lambda and DynamoDB.
• The successful candidate will be instrumental in transitioning our codebase from Python to JavaScript and will have the opportunity to develop new features with potential future involvement in UL projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications using Node.js within an AWS environment.
• Work with AWS Lambda functions and DynamoDB.
• Assist in transitioning the existing Python codebase to JavaScript.
• Contribute to the design and development of potential future UI components.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in JavaScript development with a strong emphasis on Node.js.
• Familiarity with AWS services particularly Lambda and DynamoDB.
• Experience in backend development with openness to future UL work.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks and best practices in JavaScript.
• Some experience with Python is preferred to assist in transitioning the codebase.
• Innovative and forwardthinking with an ability to propose improvements to existing technologies and workflows.
