Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for producing high quality products
• Works as a team member to achieve Production KPIs
• Operates the required machine to increase production volume
• Cooperates with maintenance team in preventive and unplanned maintenance activities
• Responsible for workplace tidiness and organization.
• Adhere to personal hygiene standards
• Responsible for cleaning and clearance of production line as per the requirements
• Implement GMP, EHS and GPS standards
• Share initiatives for process improvements e.g. OEE improvement, waste elimination
• Escalate any defect, problem or abnormalities to area foreman
• Continuous monitoring to the machine during operation.
• Complies with the SOP instructions.
• Adhere to ALCOA/DI principles
