- A relevant university degree (BA degree is preferable) in social work, sociology or community development discipline, with a minimum of two years’ experience in social work and community development work and/or relevant field.
- Proven track records of similar assignments and ability to provide references as support.
- High level of community work and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge and understating of the Gaza’s post conflict context.
