- Social Media Management: Manage and maintain social media accounts for two brands, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
- Content Creation: Develop and create engaging and visually appealing content in various formats, including written posts, images, videos, stories, and other multimedia assets. Ability to work on Canva
- Brand Identity: Ensure consistent brand messaging and representation across all social media platforms, aligning with the brand guidelines and target audience
- Community Engagement: Foster and maintain active engagement with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Social Media Advertising: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic, increase brand visibility, and generate sales
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports on key metrics, trends, and campaign effectiveness
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure the brands' social media presence remains innovative and competitive
