- Follow local, regional and international trends to capitalize on Dailymealz campaigns work alongside our graphic design team to generate content that is both eye catching and engaging
- Collaborate with other members of the communications team to source editorial content, videos, photos, press releases, reports etc. to translate them into creative and engaging digital content
- Pitch story ideas based on audience trends and offer insight for social framing
- Generate monthly reports on performance of social accounts and wrap-up reports on paid campaigns
- Work efficiently with design, SEO, paid social, designer trade and content teams to generate support where needed
- Work with a wide range of media, using graphic design software, to help increase brand loyalty and engagement on digital platforms
- Provide creative ideas for marketing content and website content for Dailymealz promotional material and distribute in online and offline channels
- Execute social media campaigns and track ROI for marketing campaigns
- Network with industry experts and potential clients to drive brand awareness
- Analyze the performance of all posts to optimize and enhance the performance of the posts/campaigns based on their objectives
- Report any intriguing and new insights and simultaneously raising any flags regarding recurring perceptions and concerns
- Moderate user-generated content and messages appropriately, based on company and community policies
- Ensure uniform content and tone of voice for landing pages, graphics, and other elements within the communities.
- Interact through social media to public comments, posts, tweets and mentions, responding directly to all customer concerns and providing positive engagement on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
- Use data to identify insights and build compelling strategies to drive positive engagement.
