Job Title: Social Media Influencer
Responsibilities:
1. Create compelling and relevant content for social media platforms including
but not limited to Instagram LinkedIn Twitter Facebook and YouTube.
2. Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and image that aligns with
Career Elevators values and mission.
3. Grow and engage with a dedicated following by actively participating in
conversations responding to comments and building relationships with our
audience.
4. Collaborate with Career Elevators team to develop and execute social media
campaigns promotions and partnerships.
5. Stay informed about industry trends best practices and emerging platforms
to continually optimize content strategy and audience engagement.
6. Analyze performance metrics and insights to measure the effectiveness of
content and campaigns and make datadriven recommendations for
improvement.
7. Represent Career Elevators professionally in all interactions with brands
partners and followers.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Social Media Influencer or content creator with a
strong online presence and engaged following.
2. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
3. Proficiency in creating diverse types of content including posts videos
stories and live streams.
4. Deep understanding of social media platforms algorithms and trends.
5. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to
achieve shared objectives.
6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform
content strategy.
7. Passion for career development personal growth and helping others succeed.
Salary: The salary for this position ranges from INR 25000 to INR 30000 per month
depending on experience and performance. In addition to the base salary
opportunities for bonuses incentives and brand collaborations may also be
available.
