This is a remote position.

Social Media Marketer:

Overview: Responsible for crafting and executing social media strategies to boost brand presence and engagement. Create compelling content manage accounts analyze metrics and stay ahead of industry trends.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop strategic social plans aligned with marketing goals.
  2. Produce engaging content (posts images videos) while maintaining brand consistency.
  3. Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms.
  4. Execute and optimize social ad campaigns for specific goals.
  5. Build a strong online community through interaction and relationshipbuilding.
  6. Stay updated on social trends tools and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience in social media marketing.
  • Proficient with social tools (Hoot suite etc.) and analytics.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing trends is a plus.

Job Responsibilities: Manage team of account executives, sales development representatives & customer success managers Achieve monthly and weekly revenue targets Manage team of digital marketing executives & freelancers for content creation, updation of marketing collaterals & social media profiles Manage team of lead generation executives for email & LinkedIn marketing Meet, pitch and present our management software & consultancy services to clients Keep records of customer interactions regarding project discussions with follow-ups Analyse the market and prepare new strategies for the growth of the company Prepare & improve training modules with handling customer based on scenarios & types Improve process of in-person, on-call & video: Meets, pitching, presenting material Competencies & Skills Required: Must have knowledge in the Software industry Must have B2B marketing experience Mandatory to have good communications skills, interpersonal skills People s person to present & talk to customers
