Job Description

The position holder will be responsible for :

  • Research target audience and discover current trends and tools
  • Create social media action plans that collaborates with marketing, PR and advertising campaigns, research top influencers, competitors, and trends in clients’ industries.
  • Work closely with the content and creative team to create highly engaging content (text, video, and images,…)
  • Analyze and report social media actions on a monthly basis
  • Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behaviour.
  • Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
  • Optimize web content to increase traffic and improve SEO
  • Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
  • Oversee social media accounts’ layout
  • Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions
  • Communicate on the behalf of brands/clients on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Tik Tok, Snap Chat, forum and blogs
  • Foster and strengthen new relationships with key influencers within the community
  • Build relationships online with customers, potential customers, industry professionals
  • Deploy social listening tools to monitor positive/negative comments and topic trends, and strive to boost engagement
  • Reach out to the target accounts & grab their attention by actively commenting in an engaging manner.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of social media marketing experience (preferable to have account management experience).
  • Experience in Social Media Platforms including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, Google Communities, Flickr, YouTube, Pinterest, and more.
  • Knowledge of social media and analytics software (Hootsuite,, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of social media paid advertising campaigns across different platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Strong communication, multitasking and analytical skills
  • Attention to details
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Creative thinker
