Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain Sitecore CDP technology solutions for customer data management.
• Utilize Sitecore CDP to design and develop personalized customer experiences.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to leverage CDP data for targeted campaigns and customer engagement.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting to derive insights and drive marketing strategies.
• Integrate CDP with other systems and platforms using APIs.
• Drive continuous improvement of CDP capabilities based on business needs.
• Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to the overall product strategy.
• Provide technical guidance and support to crossfunctional teams.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and regulations.
• Conduct training and knowledge sharing sessions on Sitecore CDP usage.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
• Proven experience in implementing and managing Sitecore CDP.
• Demonstrated expertise in marketing technology and data management.
• Strong understanding of customer data management and analytics.
• Proficiency in personalization strategies and techniques.
• Experience in integrating systems using APIs.
• Working knowledge of Sitecore CMS is preferred.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment and contribute to the development process.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
• Uptodate knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations.
