Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of interior design projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards. This role involves material checking supervising carpenters and staff client coordination project execution site measurement quality checks and managing subcontractor billing.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Conducting site material checks to ensure all necessary materials are available and meet quality standards.
  
• Supervising carpenters and other onsite staff to ensure efficient and quality workmanship.
  
• Coordinating with clients providing regular updates and ensuring their requirements are met.
  
• Overseeing the execution and implementation of projects from start to finish.
  
• Performing site measurements and quantity and quality checks to ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
  
• Verifying and approving subcontractor billing ensuring accuracy and fairness.
  
• Handling multiple projects simultaneously managing time and resources effectively.
  

Required Experience Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an interior design firm.
  
• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (BE Civil) or Diploma in Civil Engineering (Dip Civil) preferred.
  
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and effectively.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team coordination.
  
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
  
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
  
• Valid bike license for site visits; company provides petrol allowance.
