The Opportunity

Experience: 13 years of experience

Nature of Employment: Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Writing 90 to 100 articles per month (news trends etc.) (usually 4 to 5 articles per day)
  

• Reviewing content for factual accuracy and general accuracy of grammar and context; ensuring that content is written as per Sportskeeda s guidelines & checking spellings grammar & scope of the text with the editorial team
  

• Providing any other contentrelated assistance that may be required for any other articles/static pages
  

• Supporting the content team from a strategy perspective as well sharing new ideas content styles topics etc.
  

• Working with the Content Manager and Assistant Content Manager(s) to improve content writing processes increase the quality of content on the site etc.
  

Requirements

• Only candidates with minimum 1 year of experience covering/writing about basketball in the US (NBA NCAA etc.) should apply.
  

• Staying updated with recent developments in and around the NBA
  

• Excellent command over the English language (US) is a must.
  

• Should have a knack for crisp sentence composition grammar and syntax.
  

• Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently
