At our core we are driven by the imperative to significantly increase food production by 2050 to achieve netzero emissions a challenge compounded by the struggles faced by 500 million smallholder farmers worldwide. These farmers who are responsible for producing 30% of the worlds food are increasingly burdened by rising fuel and fertilizer prices and soil degradation. Our mission is to enact meaningful change that not only benefits the environment but also supports the livelihoods of these essential contributors to the global food supply. Our story is one of innovation and commitment to transforming the agricultural landscape into a model of sustainability and efficiency ensuring food security and environmental stewardship for generations to come.

Our company is seeking a seasoned HRGA (Human Resources and General Affairs) Head to lead our HR and administrative functions from our Yogyakarta office. This role is ideal for a professional with extensive experience in the FMCG startup or F&B industries with a strong preference for individuals with a background in agriculture fertilizer or agricultural machinery sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources including recruitment payroll people management and general affairs playing a critical role in fostering a positive work environment and supporting our sustainable agricultural mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive HR strategies that align with our companys goals culture and commitment to sustainability and innovation.
  • Oversee the recruitment process to attract retain and develop top talent ensuring a workforce that is skilled diverse and aligned with our values.
  • Manage payroll processing ensuring accuracy compliance and timely execution alongside overseeing benefits administration and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that promote a positive work environment employee engagement and high performance.
  • Lead the general affairs function to ensure smooth office operations including facilities management procurement and compliance with local regulations.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development including training programs that enhance employee skills and support career growth.
  • Implement effective performance management systems that align individual objectives with company goals providing regular feedback and support to all team members.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team on all HRrelated matters providing insights and recommendations to support business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Willing to work based in Yogyakarta.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field with a preference for individuals with knowledge of the agriculture fertilizer or agricultural machinery industries.
  • Minimum of 7 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role preferably within the FMCG startup F&B or related sectors.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing HR strategies that support business objectives and enhance organizational culture.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and laws including recruitment payroll employee relations and performance management.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities capable of handling complex HR and administrative challenges.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and standard office software.
