Spectrum Killian Dental Lab Alliance (SKDLA) a Chromium Capital Partners portfolio company is the largest high esthetic dental lab in the country. With 16 labs and counting including nine labs added in 2022 alone SKDLA is the leader in fixed implant full arch removable and orthodontic applications.
We are looking for a driven Shipping Specialist to join our growing organization. The ideal candidate will have had at least one year s worth of experience in a shipping role. This is an onsite role with the working hours being Monday through Friday from 11am to 7pm.
The role is based out of our Calabasas CA location.
Job Duties
- Track trace and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Scan and sort incoming and outgoing shipments
- Review cases prior to shipping for accuracy
- Create client invoices
- Create shipping labels for Fed Ex UPS and other logistic companies
- Pick up and deliver cases when necessary
- Ensure case delivery report is consistent with cases ready to be delivered
- Monitor shipping supplies and reorder supplies when necessary
- Engage with vendors and drivers with a positive and professional demeanor
- Prepares reports and other documentation relating to product deliveries
- Coordinates pickup and drop off of cases to dental offices shipping hubs/offices P.O. boxes and other locations as needed
- Any special projects requested by management

Requirements
- 12 years of relevant experience
- Resultsoriented mindset with a sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment
- Strong analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
- Knowledge of packing and unpacking procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
