***Candidate must have proven ServiceNow implementation experience a background in the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) business process and working knowledge of IT operations***
***Candidate must have past work experience with ServiceNow in the areas of help desk IT service management asset management network and systems management***.
***There will be times when this position will be required for onsite meetings in the Raleigh area but most of the work will be remote. The candidate will need to reside in North Carolina preferably within commuting distance to Raleigh.
ServiceNow Technical Specialist with expertise in Service Providers and platform strategy. Work directly with customers to capture business and user requirements and communicate those requirements to the platform team. This role will define detailed stories and epics with applicable acceptance criteria in collaboration with product owners and development team and facilitate meetings with internal technical and operational teams. In addition this role will be responsible for authoring content and peer reviewing a wide array of documents including functional technical training as well as planning and roadmaps.
