JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Data Entry and Facilities Maintenance Specialist at UNITED WINDOW & DOOR your main responsibility will be to maintain the accuracy and integrity of customer and account information through efficient data entry. In addition you will also assist in coordinating facilities and furnishings maintenance ensuring a clean safe and wellrepaired environment for our organization.

Responsibilities:
Enter new and updated customer and account information into the database
Compile and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry
Establish entry priorities to ensure efficient data processing
Review data for deficiencies and resolve them using standard procedures
Input alphabetic and numeric information according to screen format
Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
Verify entered data by reviewing correcting deleting or reentering information
Combine data from multiple systems when account information is incomplete
Purge files to eliminate duplication of data
Test system changes and upgrades by entering new data
Secure information by completing database backups
Follow organizations policies and procedures reporting any needed changes
Maintain customer confidence by keeping information confidential
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
