Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team remotely at Company Name. As a ServiceNow Developer you will play a crucial role in designing developing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to support our clients IT service management needs.
Responsibilities:
Develop customize and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Design and implement ServiceNow workflows forms and scripts using JavaScript HTML and CSS.
Integrate ServiceNow with thirdparty systems and applications using REST APIs and web services.
Provide ServiceNow administration support including user management access control and system configurations.
Implement and customize ITSM processes such as Incident Management Problem Management and Change Management.
Develop and maintain ServiceNow reports dashboards and analytics to monitor system performance and service levels.
Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases features and best practices to continuously improve system capabilities.
Participate in project planning estimation and prioritization activities to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
Experience in ServiceNow development and administration with a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.
Proficiency in JavaScript HTML and CSS for ServiceNow customization and scripting.
Handson experience with ServiceNow integrations including REST APIs and web services.
Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices.
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
ServiceNow certification(s) such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified System Administrator (CSA).
Experience with ServiceNow Orchestration Discovery and Service Mapping.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Knowledge of other scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.
