Job Description
For a project with option of extension (home office possible within Switzerland) at our client s site based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced
Tasks
- Implementing complex functionalities to meet the business requirements
- Analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
- Integrating ServiceNow platform with other systems while also providing support for ServiceNow major upgrades
- Contributing to design discussions and architectural decisions
- Overseeing the development life cycle and deployments between ServiceNow instances
- Maintaining the existing processes as well as creating technical documentation
Requirements
- Experience in the ServiceNow platform and at least three ServiceNow modules, like ITSM, ITOM, SPM, CSM and HRSD
- Versed in implementing integrations between ServiceNow and other internal systems
- Good development skills using technologies such as MID Server, REST, ODBC, LDAP, SOAP
- Knowhow of web technologies like JavaScript, HTML and CSS
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, processes, and changes in the work environment
- Fluent in English and conversational in German
