David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading tech company that is looking to recruit a Dutchspeaking Service Desk Agent to join their team in Lisbon or Braga.

Position: Service Desk Agent

Location: Remote/work from home in the mainland Portugal or onsite inLisbon or Braga

Employment type: Fulltime

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide 1st linesupport to customers in case of incidentsincidents problems and requestsrelated to hardware and softwareproducts basic networking etc. in a timely manner
  • Ensure pleasant customer experience and timely resolution or escalate to a relevant department
  • Act as a team player be a helpful and effective member of theteam
  • Document actions taken in resolving routine customer enquiries

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native/fluent in Dutch both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
  • Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to emphasise with the customer
  • Comfortable communicating using various channels (telephone email chat)
  • Analytical mindset with great critical thinking skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work rotating shifts


OFFER:

  • Remote position available from anywhere in Portugal as well as onsite locations available in Braga and Lisbon
  • 14 salaries a year
  • Food allowance paid by meal card (taxfree) 832 and from April onwards 9.60 per day
  • Shift Allowance 4170 monthly x 14
  • Retention bonus of 2000 of which 1000 will be paid on your 3rd month of contract and the other 1000 will be paid on your 9th month of contract
