We are a leading digital agency based in Dubai.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Digital Marketing Coordinator with agency experience to join our Calicut office.
As an SEO Team Lead at Element 8 you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic SEO campaigns to optimize the organic visibility and search engine rankings of our clients websites. You will be responsible for leading a team of SEO specialists guiding their efforts and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to achieve exceptional results. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings increase website traffic and achieve business objectives.
- Lead a team of SEO specialists providing guidance mentoring and support to drive their professional growth and ensure highquality deliverables.
- Conduct indepth keyword research analyze competition and identify opportunities to optimize website content and structure.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop an effective content strategy that aligns with SEO objectives and engages the target audience.
- Oversee onpage optimization efforts including meta tags headings URLs and internal linking structure.
- Drive link building initiatives foster relationships with industry influencers and website owners to acquire highquality backlinks.
- Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms and provide regular reports on key metrics trends and optimization opportunities.
- Stay uptodate with the latest SEO trends algorithm updates and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers designers and marketing professionals to ensure seamless integration of SEO strategies into overall business objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in SEO with a focus on driving organic search performance and website rankings.
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools and platforms including Google Analytics Search Console SEMrush Moz etc.
- Indepth understanding of search engine algorithms ranking factors and best practices.
- Experience in leading and managing a team of SEO specialists.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data draw actionable insights and make datadriven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and present ideas to stakeholders.
- Resultsdriven mindset with a proven track record of achieving SEO goals and delivering measurable business outcomes.
