We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner in India to join our People team. You will be responsible for overseeing the daytoday recruitment process plan and carry out recruiting and employer branding events and ensure an overall great candidate experience and supporting the People Team in delivering exceptional onboarding experience to all employees.


Within this role your responsibilities and tasks will include:


Talent Acquisition

  • Lead and manage the full recruitment life cycle from initial assessments and interviews to contract preparation and onboarding of our new hires
  • Screen applicants as well as proactively identify and approach candidates in the market to engage talent for Roboyo
  • Contribute to the recruitment strategy including job advertising optimization recruiting marketing channel development job board procurement digital and nondigital employer brand marketing talent planning etc.
  • Partner with the business leaders to identify future talent needs and proactively source to build an engaged talent pool
  • Ensure the best candidate experience for each individual who engages with the Roboyo network
  • Cultivate and manage regional partnerships with universities including employer brand initiatives as well as job fairs seminars webinars and other events to ensure a continuous influx of young talents
  • Assist in establishing and managing future internship and graduate programs


People Strategy

  • Collaborate closely with the People Team and the Regional Leadership Team to formulate and implement HR strategies aligned with Roboyos growth goals and global strategy
  • Ensure process accuracy and quality throughout the entire hiretoretire process and identify optimization opportunities
  • Maintain high levels of satisfaction among key stakeholder
  • Oversee regional vendor and partnership management

People Operations

  • Cultivate a positive work environment by encouraging effective communication and promoting employee engagement.
  • Stay updated on employment laws and regulations in India to ensure compliance with local labor laws
  • Collaborate closely with our payroll and benefits providers and provide required inputs to ensure accurate payroll processes and comprehensive benefits coverage
  • Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages

Requirements

Experience and skills you ll need to do what you love at Roboyo:


Work Experience

  • 4 years experience as an Talent Acquisition Specialist or a similar role
  • Previous experience in recruitment
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations
  • Experience working with online applicant tracking systems (ATS)

  • Ability to work both handson operational and strategic
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools systems and markets
  • Strong strategic and critical thinking abilities
  • Capability to navigate and thrive in ambiguous situations

Communication & Stakeholder Management Skills

  • Expertise in conflict management and deescalation techniques.
