Senior Strategy Officer

• Support Head of Business strategy and organization Development in Ensuring Amlak Finance Egypt s performance and directions are aligned with the company s Mission Vision & Strategic objectives.
  
• Support the overall process of management and corporate decision making to ensure the organization maximizes its short medium and longterm profitability.
  
• Assist Head of Business Strategy and Organization Development in Tracking each project with the owner (related department) starting from the project initiation till the approval process.
  
• Support in all the related items Board of Directors meeting Agenda & Action points. (As directed by HOD of BSOD)
  
• Ensure all Board of Directors Deliverables catches all deadlines allocated.
  
• Assist in the development of the company s Quality of submission. (Related to documents reports Memos and proposals utilized internally and externally (for board submissions)
  
• Evaluating the Company s Operations and Ensuring that all Departments are on Track to Achieve their Goals and Targets with Reviewing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  
• Assist in creating financial models
  

Requirements

• University degree in a businessrelated field.
  
• Fluent in written and spoken English & Arabic.
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. Skills
  
• 13 years of experience supporting at the executive level.
  
• Good knowledge of key performance indicators
