Position Overview

As a Senior Solutions Engineer at EVA Global you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by leveraging your technical expertise and sales acumen.

You will collaborate closely with our revenue team to understand customer requirements articulate the value proposition of our tech enable managed services and demonstrate how our technology can solve their business challenges.

Your responsibilities

  • Understand our managed services inside out including features functionality and implementation best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide the most cuttingedge solutions.
  • Offer technical guidance and support throughout the sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with the revenue team to craft tailored solutions that precisely meet customer needs.
  • Showcase our SaaS offerings through product demonstrations proof of concepts (POCs) and technical presentations.
  • Assist in crafting proposals RFP responses and pricing estimates to clearly communicate our value proposition.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders from technical decisionmakers to executives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor offering insights on how our solutions can drive business value.
  • Ensure a seamless handoff to the implementation and Operations team.
  • Provide ongoing support and serve as a point person for any technical questions during operation.
  • Conduct training sessions for sales teams partners and customers on our products and best practices.

Your Profile

  • Proven success in technical sales or solution engineering preferably within the emobility industry.
  • Excellent presentation communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements develop innovative solutions and articulate technical concepts clearly.
  • Comfortable in a fastpaced dynamic environment with strong strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites industry events and company headquarters.
  • Fluency in English language
