Position Overview:

As a Senior Solutions Engineer at EVA Global you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by leveraging your technical expertise and sales acumen. You will collaborate closely with our revenue team to understand customer requirements articulate the value proposition of our tech enable managed services and demonstrate how our technology can solve their business challenges. Your deep understanding of both technical and business aspects will be instrumental in fostering strong relationships with prospects and clients ultimately contributing to the overall success and expansion of our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise:

  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of our managed services including their features functionality and implementation best practices.
  • Stay updated on emobility industry trends competitor offerings and emerging technologies relevant to our solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the revenue team throughout the sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing deals.

Sales Support and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with revenue team to identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions that address specific requirements.
  • Conduct product demonstrations proof of concepts (POCs) and technical presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our SaaS offerings.
  • Assist in the creation of proposals RFP responses pricing estimates and other sales collateral to effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions.

Customer Engagement and Relationship Building:

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including technical decisionmakers influencers and executives within prospect and client organizations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers providing insights and recommendations on how our solutions can drive business value and achieve their objectives.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams advocating for customer needs and influencing product development based on customer feedback and market demands.

Customer Transition:

  • Facilitate a smooth handoff to the implementation and Operations team.
  • Ensure all relevant information and requirements are communicated effectively enabling the implementation team to onboard the new customer seamlessly.
  • Act as point person for any technical questions that may arise while the customer is in an operating mode.

Training and Knowledge Sharing:

  • Provide training and enablement sessions to sales teams partners and customers on our SaaS products implementation methodologies and best practices.
  • Share technical expertise and insights with colleagues through internal workshops documentation and knowledgesharing platforms to enhance team capabilities and collective knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in technical sales solution engineering or related roles within the emobility industry.
  • Strong presentation communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand customer requirements develop innovative solutions and articulate technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience working in a fastpaced dynamic environment with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities with a focus on driving results and exceeding sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to customer sites industry events and company headquarters.
