Salary £30,000- £35000 plus bonus (Dependant on Experience)

We are currently looking to recruit a Commercial Manager to help grow the business. You will form part of a new expansion plan within the business with excellent career opportunities and will be instrumental in helping us execute that plan.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Responsible for Existing business Development
• Maintain and Build relationships with existing clients base.
• Manage and develop operational processes
• Meeting planned growth and retention goals.
• Managing daily operations and a team.
• Working together with the Senior Management team
• Establishing sales targets and maintaining
• Overseeing and developing cross-functional teams
• Assisting with product planning

You should have the following skills, experience and/or qualifications:

• The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a role of this nature or looking to take the next step in there career
• Worked withing a similar industry

• Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills.
• Be able to demonstrate resilience, drive and have a focus on delivery results.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in managing a team
