Implement ServiceNow technology specific best practices and implementation standards, research and evaluate alternative solutions and recommend the most efficient and cost-effective solutions.
• Translate requirements into functional and technical requirements and write technical design documents.
• Manage ServiceNow cloning and upgrades activities and propose data model, design changes to processes and products.
• Provide excellent customer experience, leadership, constructive communication, problem solving and decision-making skills and provide expertise on handling technical questions, especially related to ServiceNow platform.
• Follow up team activities and facilitate major deliveries, work closely with the technical lead to ensure the overall platform health in terms of manageability, security, and performance
