Senior Software Engineer

This is a remote position.

Requirements

• Drive the design, implementatio, and adoption of internal APIs
  
• Work with SQL database and collaborate with the data team
  
• Champion best practices in software development and Agile methodologies.
  
• Build software using test-driven development, with an eye for good design patterns
  
• Collaborate heavily with Product Managemente, Analystics, and Salesforce team members as well as the executive leadership team.
  
• Cultivate empathy with stakeholders to help realize and deliver the optimal UIX
  
• Mentor junior members of the engineering team.
  

• Your're proficiente in web stack programming, from schema design to building user-facing interfaces
  
• You hold a sense of urgency with delivering value to our customers and ensuring product requirements are met each sprint
  
• You have designed, built, and maintained production-scale web applications.
  
• You have built software on a cloud computing platform like AWS/Azure using CI/CD pipelines
  
• You have integrated web applications with internal and external APIs
  
• You have worked with and maintained SQL relational database
  
• You are comfortable learning and working in any part of the stack, from building and styling React components to designing and deploying NodeJS APIs
  
• You have collaborated with engineers through Git Version control and peer reviews
  
• You have written technical documentation and can work technical documentation and can work effect remote enviroment.
  
• You possess at least 7 years of software engineering experience, ideally with some experience leading a small team of other engineers as either a technical lead or manager.
  
• You have great communication skills in English, and ability to understand and convert business requirements to technical requirements.
  
• You are solution oriented attitude when collaborating with stakeholders.
