Senior Security Architect

Responsibilities:

A proven deep background handson experience (preferred 8 years in addition to cybersecurity) in technology design implementation delivery risk and compliance.

Experience in cloud computing technologies including software infrastructure and platformasaservice as well as public private and hybrid environments.

Extensive knowledge of traditional security controls and technologies Active Directory Microsoft OS platforms public key infrastructure (PKI)

Experience in identity and access management (IDAM) systems antivirus and firewalls in addition to newer offerings such as endpoint detection and response (EDR) threat intelligence platforms Security Information

Handson experience in Event Management (SIEM) systems storage technologies intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS) security automation and orchestration deception technologies and application controls.

Excellence in communicating business risk from cybersecurity issues.

Experience architecting security automation and orchestration solutions IDS/IPS file integrity monitoring (FIM) data

loss prevention (DLP) and other network and system monitoring tools.

Experience in developing Enterprise Architecture Frameworks.

Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure.

Proficient with scripting in Python JavaScript or PowerShell.

DevOps background with experience in compliance obligations.

Experience with one or more of the following: ISO 27001 NIST SarbanesOxley Act (SOX) the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Center for Internet Security (CIS) standards or Service Organization Controls (SOC) 2.

Working knowledge of Windows Linux and Unix.

Familiarity with federal state and international privacy laws.

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelors degree in computer science information assurance MIS or related field or equivalent.

58 years of related experience required.

CISSP; CISM and/or CRISC and/or SANS certification a plus.

Should have a good Understanding of Active Directory Log Management Infrastructure management Networking devices.

Handon experience in Server/device and network appliance management

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with an ability to explain complex topics in a clear and concise manner to both technical and nontechnical audiences.

Basics to intermediate development and scripting skills in at least one programming language

Knowledge of DLP SIEM EDR solutions

Experience with pen testing (plus)
