Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline identifying key business opportunities and fostering relationships with prospects. Your primary objective will be to achieve or surpass our annual sales quota and contribute to revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

Build and Manage Sales Pipeline:
  • Cultivate and maintain longterm relationships with potential clients.
  • Continuously expand and manage the sales pipeline with a focus on highpotential prospects.

Identify New Business Opportunities:
  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities to generate sales leads.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential areas for growth.

Develop Annual Sales Strategy and Goals:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop an annual sales strategy and set achievable goals.
  • Monitor progress towards these goals and make necessary adjustments to ensure success.

Utilize Sales Tools and Resources:
  • Make efficient use of sales tools and resources to identify new sales leads.
  • Develop and maintain a network of prospects and engage with them through various channels.

Collaboration with Sales Leaders:
  • Work closely with the sales leadership team to align strategies and achieve collective objectives.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve the overall sales process.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
  • 12 years of sales experience in real estate or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and successfully closing deals.

Skills and Abilities:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation and sales closing skills.
  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools.
  • Indepth knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
