Job Description

  • Present the company profile to the new client for a warm-up and build his trust
  • Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
  • Present the whole project and available properties, interpret layouts and plans using (brochures, presentations, videos, maquettes .. etc)
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
  • Maintain goodwill, confidentiality, and trust with prospective and existing clients
  • Follow up with brokers on daily basis, provide them with updated price lists and other data and execute their requests
  • Close deals with clients and prepare necessary documents involved in the selling process. (specify a unit, fill out the reservation form, obtain required credentials, print payment sheet)
  • Coordinate with finance and legal departments for signing contract and complete the process and follow up until the customer receives his contract
  • Maintain and update listings of available properties
  • Find new clients and create a powerful database from all relevant sources (brokers, SN sites, referrals, historical data... etc.)
  • Evaluate the objectives of an investor to identify their needs and requirements and recommend appropriate property investments to make
  • Assist walk-ins and over the phone leads and schedule meetings for potential buyers
  • Promote sales through advertisements and represent the company in promotional activities
  • Train new members of sales team support them and solve problems

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in the New Capital market of at least 2 years.
  • Previous experience in “Commercial & Administrative” is preferable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Good English communication and presentation skills
