- Defining project goals and objectives and establishing projects’ timelines and milestones.
- Control identifying projects’ requirements and constraints and managing project risks.
- Monitor projects’ progress and report on projects’ status to the defined stakeholders.
- Identifying and resolving issues related to project delivery.
- Manage project resources to fulfill the project assignments.
- Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests.
- Ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines.
- Overseeing the Scrum events and meetings if Agile applies.
- Serving as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information.
