This Seattlebased General Contractor are expert in designbuild working extensively in the highereducation financial and retail sectors on projects nationally. With a deep client base extensive repeat users and a broad network in specific market sectors they are wellpositioned to tackle any market condition.
They are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to initially lead a $35M project. In this role you would lead the project delivery responsible for design management cost control scheduling client management and reporting to the company owners.
