Tasks
We have an opportunity for a Senior Project Management Specialist who is passionate about becoming our new specialist to join our Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS) organization in Finland. In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery and execution of Automation solutions in compliance with customer specifications and contractual agreements. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful on-time and on-budget project delivery, managing project scope and change, and reporting the current and future performance of all assigned projects. This position may have responsibility for multiple and complex projects or may be focused on a single customer with multiple sites or multiple customers both onshore and offshore.

Role responsibilities
- Overall business responsibility for project execution and delivery (Cost, Schedule, Quality, Customer Satisfaction and Safety) of assigned projects within required performance criteria;
- Leading and executing large scale multi-disciplined control solutions and advanced application projects, including the justification, design, implementation, construction management, commissioning, documentation and support of control and optimization applications;
- Drive customer satisfaction, timely reporting of project progress and issues to customers;
- Manages customer billing as per contract and ensures that all payments are collected in a timely manner;faction, schedule, risk management, cash flow and resource needs.
- Be responsible for monthly business processes including project reviews, financial, material and labor forecasting;
- Provides mentoring to the project team in areas of technical expertise as well as work practices, project status and deadlines including financial deadlines and safety;
- Participate in contract updates and audit activities. Negotiates and manages third-party sub-suppliers, third-party constructions and other sub-contract; other sub-contract;
- Manages customer billing as per contract and ensures that all payments are collected in a timely manner; payments are collected promptly;
- Interface with the other businesses and functions when executing cross business projects;

Qualifications 5+ years of experience comprising Project/ Program Management; Degree in business and/or min bachelor of engineering; Preferably experience in Industrial Automation or relevant industry with a proven track record delivering large, complex projects; Experience with Project scheduling tools (MS Project etc) and experience in using earned value progress tracking systems. Proven client scope and contract negotiations experience. Business acumen, project planning; Key behaviours to include results-oriented, self-motivated, global mindset, teamwork, intelligent risk-taking; PMI or similar Project Management accreditation or is prepared to obtain this within 12 months; Finnish language is required however ability to conduct work in English is a must.
