Senior Project HSE Advisor

Responsibilities:
• Represents Worley at internal & external meetings on the project.
• Contributes to the development and implementation of Worley HSE systems and procedures for the Project and performs work in accordance with Worley internal processes and procedures.
• Advises Worley Project team on HSE concerns.
• Participates in HSE and R3 responses to incidents and assists in creating and implementing response and recovery plans.
• Participates in audits of existing and potential Worley offices and accommodation.
• Assists in the production and delivery of in-country induction training for incomers. Assists in educating Worley Project staff on HSE systems and protocols upon arrival.
• Assists in monitoring and disseminating HSE-related information.
• Maintains an incident database and mapping of all major incidents to assist in trend analysis.
• Contributes to safety and hazard assessments for the Project.
