Growing Mid-West consulting firm looking to add a Lead Civil Engineer to their growing Madison area office!
Responsibilities:
- Direct/lead group of civil engineering project managers
- Manage growth of public/private civil engineering projects
- Assist with business development
- Plan engineering projects, project design and construction management
- Design engineering/construction observation for street and roadway construction, site development, storm water management, and site grading/erosion control
- Manage workflow of project managers, engineers, designers, and interns
- Provide municipal consulting
Requirements:
- BS in Civil Engineering
- 5+ years of licensed experience
- PE License for Wisconsin; ability to obtain in other states
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering
- Project management and administrative experience
