We are VR Smart Guide - we enable entrepreneurs and self-employed professionals to follow their real passion by taking the administrative and bureaucratic workload from them. From writing invoices to tax reports, with our digital solution, built by a multidisciplinary, heterogeneous team with a lot of passion and drive, we make a difference on how small businesses operate.
Our headquarter is located close to Frankfurt, but we live a hybrid working culture with strong remote structures. Providing the "Bahncard 100" we support gatherings and onsite meetings from our HQ.
Your mission
- We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to help create a new digital experience that will unlock large business opportunities across the German banking market. This role is a unique opportunity to build state-of-the-art digital customer experiences across all digital channels for the B2B segment
- This role is a great fit for an experienced product manager who is passionate about the customer experience, can easily adapt to a rapidly evolving business, and has a proven track record of discovery, innovation and delivery in in a startup or corporate organization
- Your work will span the full product lifecycle, from identifying customer needs to developing product strategy, goals, backlogs, through launching and evaluating results
- We are at the very beginning of building and scaling our digital capability, so this is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor and help build a high-performance digital organization
- This also implies that in the beginning you will be working on our first digital initiatives hands-on, and over time you can develop into a Product Lead role.
Your profile
- 4+ years of experience in digital product development, as a Product Owner and/or Product Manager
- You are a strategic thinker and builder, who knows how to work with cross-functional product teams (e.g. designers, developers, QA engineers, analysts, etc.) to execute and deliver high-quality digital products
- Solid experience in B2B finance & banking, as well as design thinking & doing
- Strong stakeholder management, ability to communicate clearly and effectively with senior business leaders
- Proficient with modern front-end technologies (web & mobile apps)
- Coaching and mentoring team members
- An agile mindset and experience with agile methodologies
- Excellent collaboration skills
- Fluent German
