Your Role

PSC Software is hiring a Solutions Product Manager to lead the full product lifecycle of our configurationbased software solutions. This role is pivotal in driving the growth adoption and evolution of our product portfolio transforming developed features into scalable industryready solutions. The Solutions Product Manager will manage existing offerings refine core product capabilities and identify opportunities to create new highimpact solutions that meet emerging market needs.

The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial analytical and customerfocused with the ability to define solution strategies drive productmarket fit and lead crossfunctional efforts. This individual will work closely with engineering sales marketing and support teams to ensure successful product delivery and longterm value creation across a range of industries.

  • Own the full product lifecycle for configurationbased software solutions from concept and design to launch adoption and iteration.
  • Translate market trends customer feedback and internal expertise into clear product requirements and solution strategies.
  • Collaborate with configuration specialists to design and deliver scalable customerready solutions using core product capabilities.
  • Guide the transformation of developed features into marketable products aligned with industry needs.
  • Define and manage product roadmaps prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value and customer impact.
  • Work crossfunctionally with sales marketing and support teams to ensure effective gotomarket strategies and sustained product success.
  • Monitor product performance and customer usage applying datadriven insights to refine solutions and improve user experience.
  • Identify opportunities for new solution offerings that expand the company s reach into additional markets and customer segments.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and advocate for your products supporting training marketing and customer conversations.
  • Perform additional duties and contribute to strategic initiatives as assigned.


Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Engineering Computer Science or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 5 years of experience in product management or solution design preferably with a background in quality management within biotech life sciences or other compliancedriven industries.
  • Strong knowledge of quality processes and regulatory considerations or a demonstrated ability to develop subject matter expertise through research customer interaction and continuous learning.
  • Familiarity with configurable software platforms and the ability to define package and deliver scalable solutions that meet customer and business needs.
  • Proven track record of managing product lifecycles from concept to launch with a focus on delivering practical valuedriven solutions.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problemsolving skills and a datainformed approach to prioritization and decisionmaking.
  • Effective collaboration skills with crossfunctional teams including configuration sales marketing and customer support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly present ideas to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira Confluence or similar platforms.
  • Analytical Thinking Synthesizes market research customer insights and usage data to guide strategic product decisions.
  • Innovation Identifies and champions creative approaches to configuring positioning and delivering impactful solutions.
  • Technical Insight Understands configurable software systems and collaborates with configuration teams to translate customer needs into structured actionable requirements.
