This is a remote position.

Paradigm is currently in search of a Senior Process Improvement Project Manager to work for our legal services client. This person will be managing a significant program within the Class Action Department and Remediation Services. It will also involve collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless alignment between process work and development efforts. One should be able to use their expertise in project management data analysis and process optimization to play a pivotal role in driving positive outcomes and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Type: 9 month contract
Location: Remote United States (Must live within 50 miles of the following: Charlotte NC Kansas City MO or New York New York)

As a Senior Process Improvement Project Manager you will:

  • Lead and manage the process track of work for creating a new work management system.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation including project charters status reports and postimplementation evaluations.
  • Support the team in analyzing existing processes to pinpoint inefficiencies bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive schedule in collaboration with stakeholders across various departments.
  • Facilitate workshops meetings and discussions to encourage idea generation and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Monitor project progress identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Closely partner with Change Manager to drive adoption of new tools and processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines through program planning.
  • Work with the business to improve systems and processes through redesign.
  • Understand the architecture of processes and systems that support the stream of the business.
  • Remove obstacles that arise and keep schedules on track.



Requirements

Our skills and wish list include:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Operations Management or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager with a focus on process improvement ideally in a senior role.
  • Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma Agile or similar.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive databased decisionmaking.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams effectively and stakeholders.
  • Project management certification (PMP Lean Six Sigma etc.) is highly desirable.
  • Experience in change management and successfully driving organizational change initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • High level of adaptability and criticalthinking skills.
  • Customercentric approach with evidence of strong customer service ethic.
  • Selfmotivated result oriented individual able to work with limited supervision.
  • Excellent communication positive work style and problemsolving skills.
