Senior Planning Engineer - ELSEWEDY ELECTRIC

Incharge of the overall project planning project controls which includes preparation of CPM schedules project execution plan(s) work packages progress reports material/ equipment loading/ utilization histograms/plans/reports.

Plan and assign work schedules to project team members ensure efficiency in task execution and that all equipment and facilities are optimally utilized.

Document all lessons learned to serve as reference in forthcoming project activities and eliminate mistakes verify earlier lessons learned have been actualized in current tasks.

Attend regular internal external meeting with project team members to reporting the project status.

Monitor works and ensure quality standards across all work products and compliance project timeframe.

Perform Delay analysis using the Time impact analysis techniques required in the contract or that suits the case in hand ( Impacted As Planned Time Impact Analysis AsBuild But For Collapsed As Build Window analysis) Performing Prospective & Retrospective analysis.

Work with the claims team to prepare the statement of claim and the overall claim submission document and calculate the extra costs (Direct prolongation Loss of profit disruption etc.).
