NOK Human Capital is hiring Senior Payroll & Personnel Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare Data Base HRIS personnel duties & employee files.
Handle all labor office issues all social & medical insurance issues and all resignation procedures.
Collect daily weekly or monthly timesheets.
Prepare employees compensation by the end of each month
Schedule bank payments or hand out paychecks directly to employees.
Ensure wages and tax with holdings comply with regulations.
Enter new employees data (e.g. bank accounts and tax identification numbers) into internal databases.
Answer questions about compensation benefits taxes and insurance deductions.
Job Requirements:
2 years of experience in Payroll & Personnel
Advanced English Language
Handson experience with HRIS and accounting software system.
Good knowledge of labor legislation.
Strong math skills with an ability to spot numerical errors.
HR Diploma or certificate is an asset
BPO industry is preferred.
