Develops the work of supervising the updating of regulatory manuals and the organizational development framework and ensuring the activation of the Ministry’s organizational structure. Establishes mechanisms for conducting a periodic review of the organizational structure of the Human Resources Agency and the Ministry to ensure its ability to meet the strategic and operational requirements of the Ministry and to update its organizational guide whenever necessary.
