- Collaborate with department heads and managers to define clear performance objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Facilitate the development of individual and team performance goals aligned with organizational goals.
- Design and implement effective performance appraisal processes and tools.
- Train managers and employees on the performance evaluation process.
- Provide guidance and support to managers in delivering constructive feedback to employees.
- Coach employees on performance improvement and professional development.
- Ensure that individual and team goals are aligned with the company's mission, vision, and strategic objectives.
- Monitor progress towards goals and address any deviations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in the performance management cycle.
- Implement best practices to enhance the effectiveness of performance management initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR and L&D teams to identify training and development needs based on performance evaluations.
- Facilitate discussions on career development and growth opportunities.
- Collect and analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making.
- Develop and implement employee recognition programs to acknowledge and reward high performance.
- Encourage a culture of recognition and appreciation.
