Job Description

  • Collaborate with department heads and managers to define clear performance objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Facilitate the development of individual and team performance goals aligned with organizational goals.
  • Design and implement effective performance appraisal processes and tools.
  • Train managers and employees on the performance evaluation process.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers in delivering constructive feedback to employees.
  • Coach employees on performance improvement and professional development.
  • Ensure that individual and team goals are aligned with the company's mission, vision, and strategic objectives.
  • Monitor progress towards goals and address any deviations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in the performance management cycle.
  • Implement best practices to enhance the effectiveness of performance management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR and L&D teams to identify training and development needs based on performance evaluations.
  • Facilitate discussions on career development and growth opportunities.
  • Collect and analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making.
  • Develop and implement employee recognition programs to acknowledge and reward high performance.
  • Encourage a culture of recognition and appreciation.
