Collaborate with a cross-functional team on cost-effective demand generation strategies ensuring the predictable flow of MQ/SQ Leads using omnichannel campaigns;
Proactively identify opportunities of new martech solutions and execute necessary implementation steps, including alignment with already used tools and following training of team members;
Collaborate with Data&Analytics team on analytical dashboards creation, maintenance and improvements;
Actively participate in brainstorming, identifying core issues, and effectively finding and using data to manage complex analysis;
Integrating web and mobile analytics, performing data audits, quality assurance testing, and writing documentation will be a daily part of your job;
Your day-to-day work will often be done in a Tag Management System and other MarTech
Platforms such as but not limited to GoogleAds, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, Amplitude, PowerBI, Data Studio, HotJar various CDP and CRM systems. This is not a web development role but those skills will help you be successful.
Must haves
2+ years of proven experience working and implementing MarTech solutions used in inbound and outbound lead generation;
Hands on experience integrating multiple data sources with analytics and CRM (Google Data Studio, Powe BI or similar);
Excellent understanding of user data collection, conversion tracking and ways to attribute multiple data sources for further analysis;
A proven track record of understanding business challenges and translating them into value-add solutions strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Knowledge and hands-on experience with tools (GA4, GTM, Semrush, HotJar, WordPress);
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints;
Experience with generative AI (research, analysis, content generation and optimization, etc.);
Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition;
Upper-intermediate English level;
Excellent communication, roadmap management, and presentation skills;
Demonstrated experience briefing stakeholders on outcomes & recommendations.
Nice to haves
SEM experience managing PPC campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Twitter etc.);
Prior experience in the tech industry;
Understanding of the Software Development process;
Experience with Demand Generation strategies and tactics.
