Your missions
As Senior Manager Depositary Functionyou will havea set of responsibilities and tasks related to management and processaspects as well as businessrelated functions.
Mor specifically you will be in charge of:
Business Aspects:
- Manage client relationships ensure that you offer to the customersa high level of service attention and satisfaction
- Perform and supervise the customer onboarding process: for the depositarysetup ensure that a proper operating process is agreed and that information flows for new customers.
- Reporting to clients ensure preparation of regular reporting to the boards of the funds/AIFM reporting the results of our controls and any outstanding documents/information
- Support the Head of Depositary and the sales colleagues to promote their activity and actas a Subject Matter Expert
Processes Aspects:
- Suggest improvements and developments of the services related todepositary
- Contribute and support the development implementation and evaluation of the Depositary business
- Secure timely completion of all duties including at outsourcing dept. and compliance with procedure
- Ensure that processes are adapted to the regulatory framework
- Ensure proper review of annual controls of the funds set up documentation and risk level including due diligence on AIFMs and service providers
- Be an active driver on the cooperation and collaboration with internal teams
- Act as a people manager developing your team members andbeing organizationally and personally sensitive
- Organize training and development within the tea
Your ideal profile
- University degree or professional studies in Law Economics Business Administration or has an equivalent level gained through relevant professional experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in Depositary Services (Alternatives) in a managerial role.
- Has knowledge of investment funds and national as well as EU regulations governing the activities of alternative investment funds
- Is diligent with a high level of integrity
- Is fluent in English both verbally and in writing additional languages are considered an advantage
