Senior IT Project Manager

Tasks

• Define project objectives scope deliverables and timelines. Develop project plans schedules and resource allocation strategies.
• Build and lead a team of IT professionals. Assign tasks provide guidance and monitor progress. Ensure effective team communication and collaboration.
• Identify and engage stakeholders including customers management and other relevant parties. Manage their expectations and ensure that their requirements are met.
• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to address them. Monitor project risks and take appropriate actions.
• Estimate project costs develop budgets and track expenses. Ensure that projects are delivered within the allocated budget.
• Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards. Perform quality reviews and implement necessary improvements.
• Communicate project status progress and issues to all stakeholders on a regular basis. Prepare and present reports to board members senior management and other relevant parties.
• Identify lessons learned from completed projects and implement best practices for future projects.

Requirements

• Successfully completed a university degree in Computer Science Business or Engineering Sciences or a similar field or an equivalent education with corresponding professional experience.

• 35 years of experience preferably in IT project management IT consulting software engineering or digital transformation projects in a B2B industry.

• Extensive experience in working with various project management tools and techniques including project planning and organization road mapping risk management status reporting and financial reporting.

• Practical knowledge and handson experience of delivering projects in an agile environment.

• Experience in the automation of industrial plants is advantageous.

• Project Management certifications preferred.

• Our teams speak German or Polish depending on the location but English is our everyday business language for communicating with external partners and customers. Fluency in written and spoken English is therefore essential while German or Polish is required depending on the location.

• You are a team player with strong interpersonal skills. You also have a confident and persuasive manner the ability to work under pressure and the skills to work independently.

• Commitment and willingness to travel as required.

• Excellent communication skills will enable you to work closely with different departments and stakeholders.

• Ability to make effective decisionproposals and to quickly gain the trust of key stakeholders.

• Highly structured customer and resultoriented approach experienced in dealing with complex and changing requirements.
