Your tasks
Develop and optimize Asset Management and Asset Performance Management processes using current technologies
Lead datadriven digital transformation within the Asset Management functions
Collaborate with IT OT engineering and project management teams to design and implement solutions that improve efficiency and maximize the value of the asset infrastructure
Communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
Promote a customerfocused mindset to understand stakeholder needs and deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations

Must have competences
A minimum of 10 years experience (Grid) Asset management
Proven experience in Platform Solutions
Proven experience with special assets e.g. Statcom HVDC etc.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams including IT OT engineering and project management teams
Customerfocused mindset with a commitment to understanding stakeholder needs and delivering solutions that meet or exceed expectations
Grid Asset Management and Asset Performance Management processes and technologies
Deep knowledge in Data Driven Digital Transformation
