Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design a wide range of visual materials including but not limited to: Print collateral (brochures flyers posters etc.)
- Digital assets (web graphics social media visuals email templates etc.)
- Presentations and multimedia content
- Branding materials (logos brand guidelines etc.)
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand project objectives target audience and messaging requirements.
- Translate conceptual ideas into visually engaging designs that adhere to brand guidelines and project specifications.
- Collaborate with copywriters marketers and other team members to ensure cohesive and effective communication through visual elements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends design tools and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual assets.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers offering constructive feedback and helping them develop their skills.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to support various marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or a related field.
- years of professional experience as a graphic designer preferably in a similar role.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign etc.) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles typography color theory and layout techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and justify design concepts to stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment as well as independently.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and impactful designs.
- Experience with motion graphics video editing or 3D design is a plus.
Preferred candidates from Advertising Marketing or creative agencies only.
Working days Mon to Fri (9.30am to 6.30pm)
