About the role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing creative designs for a wide array of media to fit the needs of internal teams and external clients. You will oversee the designs production to ensure the designs are completed in a timely manner. You will also use your knowledge of design software to accomplish these responsibilities.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Understanding the clients segmentation targeting and positioning and existing marketing and business challenges
2. Support the senior team in generating ideas concepts and visual direction in line with the brand voice and personality with specific focus on digital platforms
3. Translate creative concepts into visual design using tools such as Photoshop Illustrator Canva etc (basic knowledge of Premier Pro After Effects etc. is a bonus)
4. Take complete ownership of a few brands overall digital graphics & aesthetics
5. Mentor graphic design interns and take on direct reporting of 12 interns/ junior designers in next 12 months
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Prefer only Delhi NCR candidates.
2. Portfolio mandates should have worked for either of the 2 or both:
1. FMCG brands selling packaged goods
2. B2B brands/ SaaS brands
